The Beast is regarded as a legendary coaster, most notably for its superior length and duration, along with its unmatched night-ride. It is the longest wooden roller coaster in the world, beating The Voyage at Holiday World by nearly 1,000 feet. It also kills in duration against The Voyage, with an additional one minute and 25 seconds of ride time. Even with its extremely spread-out and somewhat bland layout, it is still a very exhilarating experience that will haul riders through the wilderness. Because of this, and its lack of on-ride lighting, a night-ride on The Beast is arguably the best out of any other coaster in the world. The only night-ride that it can be compared to is, you guessed it, The Voyage. The impact of The Beast is one that will remain unmatched in the realm of wooden coasters.
