Animal Kingdom's signature ride (and possibly the most well-known roller coaster in the country), Expedition Everest, is a one-of-a-kind experience. It contains immersive theming related to Mount Everest, as well as a truly authentic in-the-dark experience. Everest features multiple sudden drops and its famous switch-track. One of its best strengths is keeping riders engaged until the very end, from the queue line, all the way to the gift shop. There certainly aren't a lot of coasters that can brag about having a literal yeti as a part of their experiences, which makes this one is a gem.
