Steel Vengeance, built as an RMC conversion from the former Mean Streak, is simply one of the best roller coasters in the world. First and foremost, it features close to 30 seconds of world-class airtime, breaking the record for the most airtime on a roller coaster. The airtime is all ejector, leaving riders no time to catch their breaths. In addition, the ride is very whippy, throwing riders into three zero-g rolls and a zero-g stall. The ride also has fantastic pacing and features an incredible first drop. Best of all, these elements persist with an exceptional total ride time, and unmatched smoothness. With this in mind, the coaster went from being one of the very worst, to being one of the very best.
